Marie Antoinette

I finally saw Marie Antoinette last night, which I have been longing to see ever since I saw the photo spread in the September issue of US Vogue last year, and it didn’t disappoint at all. I don’t know how historically accurate the film was, but I fell in love with the beautiful costumes, the scenery and set design, the exquisite details, the pastel colours.

Some of my favourite screencaps/images from the film:

All I remember from the trailer was that they played one of my favorite songs in it, but I don’t remember what the song was now! The movie does look very pretty.

(by the way, it looks like your RSS feeds are working now, because my feed reader updated with a few of your posts this morning!)

I saw the movie last night as well and thought the costumes were just beautiful. In fact it gets my vote for costume design at the Oscars!
